    I didn't want to leave and would definitely stop here again. The venue was nicely decorated and relaxing. I really enjoyed the stay and the location was absolutely perfect adjacent to the upper restaurant, the tavern, and the center of Velingrad. The breakfast was rich with mediocre products.

    Relaxing and fairly clean place with panoramic views. Stunning location on top of a hill with a heated pool. - Flexible staff and near the mountain, the restaurant or the spa, and the center of Velingrad. - Late check out available.

    Near excellent SPA facilities! Two steam bath saunas, 3 dry saunas, large indoor pool, hidromassages with diffrent (and powerful) jets, mineral wather (hot) basins, large relax room, complimentary fruit juice. Large room, very quiet area.

    Outside pool is too small, the temperature of internal and external basins is far from constant. Lack of fresh meat is an issue for a 5* hotel, the restaurant menu of such hotel should be diffrent from the "mehana" type. Their offer include BBQ place but this is simply missing!Last but not least: the hotel should clarify their policy regarding the shortage of a tourist stay - we intended to do it and they asked to pay all nights! Thanks for Booked.net that was really helpful. I offer them an 8.

    This hotel is a great value for money. The prices are reasonable and you get excellent value for what you pay. The staff pays great attention to detail and goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The location in the forest is simply breathtaking, with an amazing view of the surroundings. The rooms are comfortable, with big beds and a nice view. The breakfast offers a variety of good quality products to start your day.

    All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

    The place was ideal and relaxing and the staff were pretty friendly, the location was amazing on top of a hill. The breakfast was varied with a wide range of products.     Located on a hilltop amid the Bulgarian mountains, this hotel offers stunning views, especially in the restaurant. It's also conveniently close to the centre of town. the spacious rooms are comfortable and offer nice temperature control. the wellness facilities are well-maintained, with a decent pool, sauna, steam bath, and more available. Breakfast is delicious and rich, catering to families with dedicated kids' services.

    Some guests reported poor service throughout the hotel, with staff not always being attentive, helpful, or friendly.

    I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Velingrad. The spa facilities were amazing, with multiple pools including one with salt water and water effects. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed and plenty of pillows. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a variety of pastries, eggs, fruit, and more.

    The Maxi Park Hotel & Spa exceeded our expectations in many ways. the value for money was excellent, especially considering the beautiful location amidst nature. Secondly, the staff were attentive and polite, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Additionally, the rooms were spacious and clean, with a wonderful view of the surrounding landscape. Lastly, the breakfast offered good quality products, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

    This hotel is an absolute oasis of luxury and relaxation. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by polite and attentive staff who helped me settle in. the Spa & wellness centre was top-notch, especially the massage treatment which left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. the Indoor swimming pool was clean and spacious, providing plenty of room for me to swim and unwind. the Turkish bath was especially relaxing. the service was outstanding, with staff always going out of their way to help.

    the Sun terrace and Garden area were also very pleasant, allowing me to soak up some sun and relax in the peaceful surroundings.

    I loved the fine location of this hotel, nestled in the midst of verdant pine forests and overlooking the majestic mountains. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the uber-clean swimming pools and the modern spa that provided many rejuvenating treatments.
